To register for Business Telephone Banking all you have to do is follow these simple steps:

Download the Business Telephone Registration form (English | Arabic), complete and sign it |

Return the completed and signed form to your nearest branch or relationship manager |
Once you have submitted a completed registration form, you will receive your 10-digit Electronic Banking Number (EBN) and a PIN within 4 working days.
Once you have the EBN and PIN, simply call 600 540 004 (within UAE) and +971 600 540 004 (outside UAE)
