  Registering for Personal Internet Banking

You can register online instantly if you are an HSBC customer with an ATM Card, Credit Card or Personal Banking Number and an associated PIN. As soon as your registration has been completed you can start using Personal Internet Banking. Click here for "minimum system requirements" to access Personal Internet Banking.

   Using Personal Internet Banking

Currently Personal Internet Banking is only offered in English.

The maximum amount to transfer money is set by yourself within Personal Internet Banking. However, we do not allow money transfers online exceeding AED 185,000.

After you have entered the details of any transaction, you will be asked to confirm the details before the instruction is placed. If you have made an error, you can easily amend the details before you submit the instruction.

You will receive instant confirmation (with a reference number) as soon as the instruction is received by HSBC.
