The minimum system requirements for customers wishing to use the Personal Internet Banking service via a PC is as follows:

Netscape Communicator Version 4.72 or higher - excluding Version 6.x (currently not supported) - with the following features:
1. Third-party plug-in extensions
2. Secure Socket Layer

OR

1. Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or higher
2. 486/66 Processor
3. 12 MB memory (24Mb for NT)
4. 50 MB free disk space
5. Windows 95, 98 or NT 4.0 (with Service Pack 4)
6. 128-bit Encryption

The minimum system requirements for customers wishing to use the Personal Internet Banking service via an Apple Mac is as follows:
1. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4.5 or
2. Netscape version 4.0 or higher - excluding Version 6.x (currently not supported)
3. PowerPC 68030 processor
4. 8 MB memory
5. 9.1 - 36.6 MB free disk space (depends on installation configuration)
6. MacOS v7.1
7. 128-bit Encryption
