HSBC Amanah Takaful Credit Shield Plus.*

Waives the outstanding balance on your credit card, in the unfortunate event of death or permanent total disability. You need to complete the credit card application process by personally visiting any HSBC UAE Branches or Customer Service Centers, with the following documents:
- Original passport
- Valid residence visa (for non-GCC national customers only)
- Proof of UAE residence in the from of either a utility bill/rental agreement/employment letter (for GCC national customers only)
- Security Cheque to be signed by customer for credit card (not applicable if customer is Premier by deposit)
- Original Salary certificate issued in the last three months
or
- Last two months payslips in original
or
- Last two months bank statements in original where your salary has been credited

If you have applied for a supplementary card, you will also need to submit the following documents:
- Copy of passport

Limited Time Complimentary Parking Validity:
For all VALTRANS locations with limited time complimentary parking validity, the maximum time period that a single visit can constitute is set out in the table above.

Important! In case the Cardholder's vehicle is parked at a VALTRANS location for a time period exceeding the limited time complimentary parking validity, the Cardholder will be liable to pay the charges for excess usage/overtime as set out in the table above. These charges may either be payable in cash on location at the VALTRANS kiosk or charged to the Cardholder's Card Account which will be reflected in the Cardholder's monthly statement.
