Selecting your Credit/Debit Card PIN

To select or change your Credit/Debit Card PIN, you need to call 800 CARD PIN (800 2273 746). If overseas, call +971(4) 3544 579.

Please note that you will need your Phone Banking PIN in order to select your card PIN. If you do not have a Phone Banking PIN, one of our customer service representatives will assist you with its selection during the call.

Please note:

• Only primary cardholders will be able to use the 800 CARD PIN facility
• If your Debit Card is a renewal card, you can simply use your existing HSBC Debit Card PIN
• If you have a joint account, where either of you is authorised to operate the account alone, you and your joint account holder(s) will receive separate Debit Cards. PINs for these cards can be selected by calling 800 CARD PIN
