Dear Customer,
We would like to notify you that on 31 March 2013 your Air Miles earned up to 31 March 2010 will expire as per Air Miles 'Three year Miles expiry policy'.
The three year Miles expiry policy
Earlier this year Air Miles communicated to all members regarding three important programme changes, one of which was the 'Three year Miles expiry policy'. According to this policy, all Air Miles earned will have a 'shelf life' of three years, which if unused, will automatically expire and be deducted from your account.
The first phase of mileage expiry will be on 31 March 2013, when all Air Miles earned up to 31 March 2010, will expire.
To redeem your Air Miles today, visit www.airmilesme.com. All Air Miles redeemed from your account are done so in the order they were earned, with the oldest earned Air Miles being redeemed first.
Visit www.airmilesme.com today and discover a world of rewards.
