What is changing?

Jade Black Credit Card

We’ll issue a new Black credit card to replace your existing Jade Black credit card. You’ll get your new card starting from December 2022, and your existing card will continue to work for 90 days after the new card is issued. There will be no changes to your Black credit card limits and you’ll continue to use your Black credit card free of charge.

The new credit card will have the same card number, however the expiry date and CVV will change. Your current card PIN will remain the same, you don’t need to set up a new one.

You’ll need to update any utility bill payments or subscriptions at merchants with your new card details to ensure no disruption to your card transactions. Also, please update your mobile device wallets with your new card details (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay). 

Jade Debit Card

We’ll issue a new Premier debit card to replace your existing Jade debit card. You’ll receive your new card starting from December 2022, and your existing card will continue to work for 90 days after new card is issued. Your new Premier debit card will have a daily cash withdrawal limit of AED 25,000 and a retail spend limit of AED 60,000.

The new debit card will be issued with your new details (including card number, expiry date and CVV). Please call us on +971 (43544579) to set a new PIN.

You’ll need to update any utility bill payments or subscriptions at merchants with your new card details to ensure no disruption to your card transactions. Also, please update your mobile device wallets with your new card details (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay).

TEN Concierge

The TEN Concierge platform offered through HSBC Jade will end on 31 December 2022 and you’ll no longer have access to it after this date. However, you can continue using the International Concierge offered through your HSBC Black Credit card if you have one. If you do not have a Black credit card, you can access this service through your new HSBC Premier Signature Debit card.

Jade Contact Center

We will be replacing Jade Contact Centre 800 JADE (800 5233) with our dedicated Premier Contact Centre 800 4320 to support you with your banking needs post 31st December 2022.
