Structured Products are investments where potential returns are linked to the performance of one or more underlying assets, such as stocks, commodities, mutual funds, indices, interest rate benchmarks, currency pairs or other options.

Each Structured Product has predefined terms, including investment terms, and a predefined currency and payout formula. Structured Products are intended for High-Net-Worth Individuals / Professional Investors only.

Eligibility criteria

To invest in Structured Products, you must:

  • Be classified as a Professional Investor
  • Be an onshore Private Bank or Premier customer
  • Hold a valid HSBC investment account
  • Have valid risk tolerance
  • Demonstrate relevant knowledge and experience

Warning: Structured Products may provide different levels of capital protection. Depending on the level of protection, you may lose part or all of the amount invested. In certain circumstances, you may lose more than the amount originally invested.
