Things you should know

To keep you safe when you send money to someone for the first time with online banking, we’ll ask you to authorise your transfer by generating a one-time transaction code on your physical Secure Key.

This security step verifies your credentials and increases security against possible fraud attacks caused by malware.

How to make a domestic transfer:

  • Log on to online banking
  • Select the account you want to pay from
  • Select the relevant option for your payee
  • Enter their payment details
  • Review and confirm your payment
