Unlike other rewards programmes, with Air Miles you can:

book airline tickets at any time, with no blackout dates
fly from any part of the world to another, not just to or from UAE. For example, you could book a ticket from London to New York
pay for all your ticket with Air Miles, including taxes and fees
pay with Air Miles + cash: all you need is a minimum of 30,000 Air Miles to book your tickets and you can pay the rest with cash; you’ll even earn Air Miles on your cash top up

You can use your Air Miles to book hotels at over 47,000 destinations, including stays at leading hotel chains around the world.

All you need is a minimum of 14,000 Air Miles. If you need to, you can top up your Air Miles with cash.

Go to 'Redeem Air Miles' and select 'Travel'.

You need to have at least 30,000 Air Miles in your Air Miles account to make an exchange.
You must have a valid airline rewards membership number.
Make sure you provide the correct transaction details.
Once you’ve exchanged Air Miles, you can’t reverse the exchange.

Things to know

Start redeeming from 14,000 Air Miles for an e-voucher worth 830 GEMS Points.
e-vouchers are valid for six months from the date issued and can only be used on the GEMS Rewards app. You can also exchange GEMS Points to Air Miles in the app.
To exchange Air Miles to GEMS Points, you'll need a valid GEMS Rewards account.
Air Miles will be transferred to GEMS Points at the rate specified at the time of transfer. The transfer rate is subject to change and Air Miles reserves the right to change transfer rates without prior notice.
e-vouchers are non-cancellable and non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for Air Miles, cash or other rewards.
