Log on to the HSBC UAE app
Select your HSBC credit card, tap 'View More', and then choose ‘Rewards'
When prompted, tap 'Leave the app' on the pop-up notification to continue
Tap 'Airline Miles' or 'Hotel Points'
Enter the amount of Points you'd like to redeem and your details, including your airline or hotel programme membership number if applicable
Review the details and ensure they match with your membership details
Read and accept the T&Cs, then tap 'Confirm' to finish
