Why can’t I find the HSBC ENTERTAINER app in my app store?
The ‘HSBC ENTERTAINER’ is only available in the following app stores: UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada and India. Your app store may be set to scan another country or regions store; this could be because of where you originally bought your phone or perhaps because you have chosen to switch stores. Please switch back to your local app store and search again.
What if I change my smartphone or tablet?
The app is registered to your email address. Simply download and install the HSBC ENTERTAINER app again and use the same email address and unique 9 digit code to register your new phone. Your savings and redemption history will be saved and accessible.
Are supplementary card holders eligible?
Yes. Each supplementary cardholder will have their own unique code which will be different from the primary cardholders. The code has been emailed to their personal email address, alternatively call 800 7010 to get the 9 digit code.
Can someone else download and use the app on my behalf?
No. Only HSBC customers are entitled to use this app and as such the unique code is for your use only and will become invalid if used by someone else. The vouchers are also only valid when paying the final bill with an HSBC credit card.
Do all HSBC cardholders have access to HSBC ENTERTAINER soleil?
Complimentary access to soleil membership is for HSBC Max Rewards primary credit cardholders only, however all other HSBC credit and debit cardholders will get 5% off on the annual membership fee for HSBC ENTERTAINER soleil. To avail the discount access soleil from HSBC ENTERTAINER App.
How will I get my Membership card?
Your membership card is a digital card and you will need to download it to your mobile phone wallet. The membership card will be sent to your registered email address from ENTERTAINER post subscribing to the soleil annual membership plan.
Can I pause my Membership?
Memberships cannot be paused; they are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Can I share my membership with my friend(s) or other family members?
No. The Membership is non-transferable. Each ENTERTAINER soleil membership card includes a photograph of the membership holder, and all clubs reserve the right to cross-check the Emirates ID in case of image mismatch. If the ID does not match the membership details, clubs reserve the right to refuse entry.
What if I have 3 children but one is under 5 years old?
In this case, you can register your 2 older children to the Family Membership or when purchasing additional Child Memberships with your Single Membership. Children under 5 years are included for free. As a standard practice, please keep their Emirates IDs on you at all times.
Can I find out how busy each of my select clubs is before I decide which one to visit?
On the App, each beach club will indicate the availability. The club availability indicators are:
Green – plenty of slots available
Amber – getting busy
Red- full for the time being
Can I access more than one club in a day?
Yes. You may visit more than one club in a day, subject to the availability of membership slots by the time of your visit.
How will the adult members I’ve added to my ENTERTAINER soleil account access their Membership?
When purchasing a Family Membership, you can add 1 adult to your purchase. They will receive an email with a link to access their ENTERTAINER soleil Membership via the HSBC ENTERTAINER App.
Can I change the name of the person on my Membership?
No. Once the name is set it cannot be changed. The Membership is for the sole use of the person who has purchased it.
I’m trying to buy the discounted soleil membership and I get an error. Why is that?
You need to ensure you’re paying with an eligible HSBC Credit or Debit Card. Please remember complimentary access to HSBC ENTERTAINER soleil is exclusive to HSBC Max Rewards primary credit cardholders and discounted membership is for all other HSBC UAE issued credit and debit cards.
