Update in online banking

If you're registered for online banking, you can log on using your Secure Key to update your contact details in just a few steps. Here you can update your home phone, work phone and email address as well as your dependents, salary, occupation and nationality.

Step 1

Select the 'Log on' button at the top right corner of your screen.

Step 2

Log in with your Secure Key.

Step 3

When logged in, under quick links to the right choose 'personal details'

Step 4

Choose to update your contact information and follow the steps on screen. Remember to keep your Secure Key close since some actions require re-authentication to be completed. We will contact you within 2 days if there are any issues or if reverification is needed.

Update mobile phone number through secure message

Mobile phone numbers can only be updated by sending a secure message.

Step 1

Select 'Log on' in the top right hand corner of your screen. Next, enter your security code and press 'Log on'.

Step 2

Once you've logged on, select 'Help and Support' at the top of the screen to display more options. Then, under the first column called 'Contact Us', select Secure Messages. Click on 'Send us a message'.

Step 3

On the next screen, select the subject of 'Update mobile number'. You can now type your message including your new mobile phone number. Press 'Send' once you've done this.

Step 4

All done! Your message has been sent and your mobile phone number will be updated within 2 days. We aim to respond to your request within 2 working days if there are any issues or if reverification is needed.

Update through phone banking

If you're registered for phone banking, you can call us and once we've verified you as a customer, we can update your phone numbers and email address. Verify yourself using your phone banking PIN or through Voice ID.

Personal customers

Personal banking customers

Visit a branch

Come to your nearest branch and we’ll be happy to help you. Please remember to bring your Emirates ID or passport with you so we can easily check who you are.

For changes to your employment details, please bring a salary certificate or transfer letter.

For changes to your nationality, please visit us in branch to discuss your needs further.
